What you will do

• Implement new features using Dart and Flutter to reach the highest performance standards.
• Optimize UI/UX and conversion rates through the implementation of high-leverage features.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to ship new components.
• Influence team processes via regular agile retrospectives.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure feature acceptance based on requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in frontend development, specifically with Flutter.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
• English: Proficiency required for working in an English-speaking environment.
• High autonomy and ownership in implementing complex features with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go within a shop backend environment.
• Expertise in UI and Animation development.
