What you will do

• Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new components.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical debt.
• Develop internal tools to enhance overall team productivity.
• Contribute to the improvement of team processes through regular agile retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional programming experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in mobile app development.
• Extensive experience working with Dart and Flutter.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and the ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment.
• Specialized expertise in UI and Animation development.
