hirify.global is a Southeast Asian financial and insurance platform expanding into spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and other money-management services.

What you will do

  • Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
  • Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
  • Work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Integrate backend APIs and maintain secure, stable, and reliable mobile flows.
  • Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
  • Use analytics, user behavior, and production issues to improve the product, including AI-assisted mobile experiences where they add value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin and experience shipping production applications.
  • Strong Android fundamentals and knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
  • Fast execution, high ownership, and strong attention to product quality.
  • Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language across global teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jetpack Compose, SQL or NoSQL, and TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
  • App links, GitHub, screenshots, or examples of shipped work.
