What you will do

• Assemble complex electromechanical systems using detailed work instructions and CAD drawings.
• Perform quality-control checks, factory acceptance testing, and troubleshooting on CT scanning equipment.
• Test X-ray sources in a manufacturing test bed and perform Hipot and ground-continuity testing.
• Track completed work, machine configurations, part issues, and required rework for performance traceability.
• Provide feedback to improve work instructions and manufacturing processes.
• Perform overhead lifting, forklift operations after training, and crating of large-scale capital equipment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, hand and power tools, vernier calipers, and torque wrenches.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical part and assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with a digital multimeter and experience with Hipot and ground-continuity testing.
• Comfort using digital tools and organizational software, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and follow all factory safety protocols.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, cleanliness, flexibility, and teamwork.
