Location: Remote US
Salary: $65,300–$96,000 USD annually, with geographic pay tiers based on the employee’s home state.

What you will do
- Analyze marketplace performance using SQL across liquidity, active quantity, pricing, engagement, and sell-through metrics.
- Evaluate sales, stock on hand, and on-order data at the style, color, and size levels to recommend assortments, allocations, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, product trend research, and competitive intelligence for global strategic initiatives.
- Monitor active supply metrics, future demand coverage, and SKU-based incentive performance.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based dashboards and improve performance reporting for the Business Development team.
- Optimize workflows using templates, AI tools, and connected systems.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role such as planning, buying, supply chain, e-commerce, or a similar field.
- Strong SQL skills, including independently querying large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with an understanding of retail math and e-commerce metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, move quickly from data to decisions, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Research, organization, ownership, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfort using AI tools and genuine interest in products and trends across categories.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with Python or inventory planning.
- Experience in fashion and footwear.
