Salary: $88,800–$133,200 USD base salary, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation for medical device products.
• Analyze systems across concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Convert product requirements into complete systems solutions while considering technical, schedule, cost, risk, and supportability constraints.
• Conduct functional and timeline analyses, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications and contribute to project milestones.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance to entry-level professionals when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with no minimum experience requirement.
• Experience with systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, systems integration, and verification and validation.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B, TN, J, and other sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
• Bachelor’s degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Medical device product development lifecycle experience.
