What you will do
- Lead and manage FX and stablecoin trading across multiple markets and trading venues.
- Execute spot FX, stablecoin, and treasury transactions while monitoring market trends, liquidity, spreads, and risk exposures.
- Optimize pricing and execution strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Identify market opportunities and maintain effective risk management, governance, and regulatory controls.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams on product development and trading infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in financial markets, FX, stablecoins, digital assets, treasury, or trading.
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and ability to interpret market data, price movements, trends, and risk factors.
- Ability to make accurate decisions in a fast-moving environment and respond quickly to market developments.
- Good communication, collaboration, integrity, accountability, and awareness of compliance and governance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and learn liquidity management, treasury operations, and risk controls.
