Senior AI Engineer (LLM): Building and operating LLM- and agent-powered conversational hiring systems at enterprise scale with an accent on multilingual language understanding, prompt engineering, evaluation, and reliable production infrastructure. Focus on designing agent workflows, improving intent and entity recognition, optimizing latency and cost, and maintaining safe, measurable AI quality across millions of conversations.

Location: Da Nang, Vietnam, with a hybrid Flex Work arrangement requiring at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field. Remote home-office roles may also participate in important in-person events.

What you will do

• Own AI features from discovery and system design through implementation, evaluation, rollout, and production monitoring.
• Build LLM-powered applications and agent workflows using prompt engineering, context management, RAG, vector databases, and tool or function calling.
• Improve multilingual conversational AI through better intent and entity recognition.
• Develop evaluation, regression testing, observability, and monitoring tools to identify quality and production issues.
• Optimize model serving for latency, cost, reliability, and scalability using caching, batching, and fallback strategies.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical feedback, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing LLM AI systems.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience in Python.
• Demonstrated experience taking AI products from prototype to production.
• Experience with LLM applications, agentic workflows, prompt pipelines, tool or function calling, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production monitoring.
• Ability to design maintainable AI services with strong attention to latency, cost, reliability, and scalability.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills are required, including the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
