hirify.global is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia expanding into a comprehensive finance super app to help people plan and grow their money.

What you will do

  • Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems across CRM, onboarding, and payments.
  • Turn manual operational processes into scalable AI-native systems in collaboration with product teams.
  • Develop integrations between LLMs, internal APIs, knowledge bases, and business systems.
  • Design and implement evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure AI output reliability.
  • Rapidly prototype and productionize practical AI systems based on user and operator testing.
  • Optimize speed and quality across internal and customer-facing workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, RAG, and AI agents.
  • Ability to connect AI systems with real-world product and operational data.
  • Deep understanding of AI evaluation, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Strong English communication (C1) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, support automation, or CRM operations.
