What you will do

• Build, deploy, and operate cloud-native platforms and AI infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
• Containerize and automate infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Python (FastAPI), REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Construct data pipelines and vector/graph databases for RAG/GraphRAG and semantic search.
• Implement AI-powered services featuring agentic workflows, tool calling, and multi-modal capabilities.
• Create technical implementation documentation, operational runbooks, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience at a Senior/Architect level.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in cloud, platform/DevSecOps, and backend engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure, including compute, networking, IAM, and cost optimization.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, and Vault.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City to work from the QTSC1 Building.

Nice to have

• AWS, Azure, or CKA certifications.
• Experience with GCP and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) frameworks like BMAD Method.
• Experience contributing to open-source technologies.
