What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered applications using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Build production-ready software leveraging AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Develop high-quality backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and time-series datasets.
• Lead engineering workstreams from discovery through implementation and production deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering production software systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python and modern data science/AI libraries.
• Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or FinTech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
