Clinical Data Coordinator - Entry Level - Biomedical Engineer Degree (Clinical Data)

Location: Full-time, office-based position in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. No travel is required; occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Validate clinical study entry database designs.
• Report project metrics and identify data trends.
• Detect data conflicts and issues across clinical projects.
• Work with global research site personnel to resolve data discrepancies.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources and maintain study documentation.
• Collaborate with the Data Management team on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Research and statistical data experience is preferred, particularly in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
