What you will do

• Lead daily treasury operations across multiple European entities and maintain accurate cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term forecasting.
• Execute, authorise, and monitor treasury payments and settlements while resolving exceptions with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain treasury reconciliations, reporting, month-end close support, and audit documentation.
• Strengthen controls covering segregation of duties, payment security, fraud prevention, and governance.
• Standardise processes and drive automation, bank connectivity, and straight-through processing through SWIFT, APIs, and Host-to-Host solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Treasury Operations team while building a scalable function.

Requirements

• Strong experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payment operations in a multi-country environment.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or an e-money or PSP business.
• Hands-on knowledge of treasury management systems, ERP platforms including SAP, bank portals, and payment connectivity.
• Strong understanding of treasury controls, payment security, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Experience leading or mentoring treasury operations teams, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Treasury qualifications such as ACT or CertT.
