What you will do

• Monitor daily cash positions, optimize cash balances, and invest surplus funds to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
• Lead cash execution for treasury and investment-related cash flows.
• Identify and mitigate cash-related risks, including FX and interest rate risk, and manage financial limits within the Group Risk Appetite.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating banking terms and fees and staying informed about relevant banking services.
• Support delivery of treasury regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAAP, ILAAP).
• Own and develop treasury reporting/MI for daily cash positions and treasury P&L, and support ad hoc treasury projects.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in a fintech or equivalent environment.
• Crypto experience.
• Relevant professional qualification: CFA or CIMA (or similar).
• Strong financial expertise in cash management and treasury operations, including liquidity optimization and working capital management.
• Ability to build spreadsheets and monitoring tools/reports from scratch.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and clear communication for reporting and presenting financial information.
