eClinical Analyst - Entry Level (Clinical Data)

Location: Office-based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; no travel is required. Occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Partner with eClinical Managers and Sponsors to develop and configure study-specific device applications.
• Manage device inventory and coordinate global shipping and distribution to study sites.
• Create user guides and troubleshoot device and application issues with sites and sponsors.
• Prepare study and application documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Monitor data entry quality, patient form completion, and compliance metrics, identifying and flagging errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment in Cincinnati, Ohio.
