eClinical Project Manager

Location: Full-time, office-based role in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Manage multiple eClinical and eCOA projects from setup through delivery.
• Develop and review study documentation for clinical trial eClinical and eCOA activities.
• Coordinate eClinical activities with sponsors and internal departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor companies.
• Monitor study timelines against clinical trial requirements.
• Attend face-to-face sponsor and Investigator Meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and prior eClinical experience.
• Experience setting up and managing multiple eClinical or eCOA projects.
• Experience acting as the primary sponsor contact.
• General knowledge of technology trends and system or application development.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with scientific and clinical research methodologies.
