Information Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, maintain, and improve enterprise security solutions in collaboration with global IT teams.
• Administer and ensure the reliability of privileged access management, EDR, SIEM, and related security platforms.
• Lead cloud security, network segmentation, identity security, and other cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Investigate and resolve complex security incidents, including advanced issues requiring off-hours support for global coverage.
• Develop scripts, integrations, and workflows to automate security operations and improve detection and incident response.
• Document security architectures and procedures, integrate controls with infrastructure and software lifecycles, and mentor developing analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of IT or information security experience, including 2 years in security engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, and cloud architectures; Azure experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, endpoint detection and response, identity or privileged access management, and cloud security tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting and automation technologies.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps pipeline security, cloud security architecture, network segmentation, AI governance, advanced identity management, red-team or penetration testing, or vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
