Web Developer (WordPress/Fullstack)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000–$121,000 annually, plus a potential 5% adjustment based on market analysis and internal equity.

What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain frontend features, layouts, and user interfaces for WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins and integrate APIs, databases, Salesforce, and other third-party services.
• Perform site audits, migrations, maintenance, scaling, and cross-browser compatibility checks.
• Implement technical SEO, analytics improvements, A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and development teams to translate business and design requirements into web solutions.
• Document software, review code quality, and apply modern web development and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or software development, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of advanced WordPress development experience in B2C and B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, and frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with PHP, Java, Python, Node, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, API development, SQL, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with code repositories, linting, code reviews, branching strategies, CI/CD, test-driven development, and agile delivery.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; willingness to work flexible hours as needed is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics GA4, Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing data tracking technologies.
• Experience with Consent Management Platforms such as OneTrust.
