Staff Full Stack Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah, with 1 to 2 days per week in the office

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 base salary per year, excluding discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Develop full-stack product features for a high-performance, high-availability platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineers to deliver well-scoped features.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Design scalable distributed systems with a holistic architectural perspective.
• Apply test-driven development and build reliable CI/CD practices.
• Continuously improve engineering productivity and stay current with technology trends.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Professional experience with one or more of Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
• Strong knowledge of programming principles, design patterns, SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with scalable systems, test-driven CI/CD, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Professional English communication skills and availability for hybrid work in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js or other frontend technologies.
