What you will do

• Develop and maintain features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture.
• Own delivery from design through production and make technical and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Design integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and other enterprise systems.
• Balance scalability, performance, and business priorities while solving complex technical challenges.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, automation, and engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, and a modern frontend framework such as Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL, SQL, schema design, migrations, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of API design, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections.
• Experience owning features from requirements through production, including architecture and technical decisions.
• Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production applications in startup or small-team environments.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
