What you will do

• Prepare plans, elevations, detail drawings, and measured surveys for fire advisory design projects.
• Manage drawing registers, information issues, revisions, and documentation through online systems.
• Research construction techniques, materials, products, design standards, and construction technology.
• Support compliance with British Standards, legislation, design codes, and RICS measurement requirements.
• Collaborate with the North Fire Design Team and contribute ideas, knowledge, and improvements to design services.

Requirements

• Technical background with a degree in Architectural Design or active progress toward one.
• Working toward MCIAT chartered status.
• Competent use of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Strong organisation, diligence, initiative, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
