What you will do

• Deliver high-quality C#/.NET solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Improve software quality through maintainable architecture, secure coding, automated testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to planning, estimation, and team development.

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core expertise, including production-grade applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architecture, SQL databases, secure coding, and software design.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor developers.
• Ability to work on-site in Stansted Mountfitchet five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with XAML and Visual Studio.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous technical leadership experience.
