What you will do

• Monitor and support platform operations to identify bottlenecks and improve system resilience.
• Manage back-office support contracts and conduct regular supplier review meetings.
• Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and translate them into actionable technical features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Lead goal-oriented discussions with stakeholders to drive business value and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in C# development with expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in SQL development and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with SDLC best practices and JIRA.

• RPG development background.
• Familiarity with financial processes and terminology.
