What you will do

• Own the user journey from ad click to payment and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, and measure business impact.
• Deliver growth experiments hands-on with automation tools or in collaboration with Design and Development.
• Analyze product and marketing metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data-driven hypotheses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to increase revenue while maintaining user satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, action planning, and end-to-end solution ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product and marketing metrics.
• Proactive ownership, initiative, early communication, and decision-making responsibility.
• Comfort adopting AI and automation tools to accelerate design and development.
• English at B2+ level required.
