Senior AI Engineer

Location: Ukraine — Fully Remote

What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents, prompts, skills, MCP servers, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and the Product Owner to convert technical and business knowledge into reusable AI context and capabilities.
• Review, refactor, and extend Python and SQL resources for AI consumption.
• Work with Snowflake data structures, semantic views, and semantic models.
• Evaluate AI agent recommendations for correctness, reliability, bias, and business relevance.
• Design and automate evaluation processes for non-deterministic AI outputs while following clean code, testing, Git, CI/CD, and code review practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, or similar.
• Strong prompt engineering and context engineering skills, including practical experience building AI agents, workflows, skills, and MCP servers.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals with Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, testing, and clean code practices.
• Must be located in Ukraine for this fully remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Kiro, Quick, or multiple AI coding environments and harnesses.
• Experience evaluating non-deterministic AI outputs and building AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Snowflake, semantic modelling, Tableau, Power BI, or data science workflows.
