What you will do

• Design and develop scalable features for the Clearfacts accounting platform.
• Maintain and optimize core components for performance, security, and reliability.
• Improve scalability and data processing for systems handling millions of documents.
• Integrate AI-powered enhancements to automate accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to resolve complex issues and improve user experience.
• Drive technical excellence through coding standards, workflow improvements, testing, and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with PHP; Symfony experience is preferred.
• Experience with AWS and Amazon Aurora with MySQL compatibility.
• Experience working in Scrum teams and collaborating with Product Owners.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience building reliable, secure, and scalable software systems.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with React.
• Interest or experience in the financial and accounting sector.
