What you will do

• Design and build high-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks.
• Develop reusable layouts, visual systems, and components that support a range of customer needs.
• Translate creative briefs and design direction into polished, production-ready files.
• Apply strong design judgment to typography, color, composition, and content hierarchy.
• Ensure templates are accessible, technically sound, and easy for customers to customize.
• Incorporate AI tools into content and design workflows while maintaining creative oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience focused on presentations, templates, and business content.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, composition, and visual design judgment.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and industry-standard productivity software.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled design or productivity tools.
• Must be based on the West Coast of the United States.
