What you will do

• Manage pre-matching, settlement, recalls, and collateralization throughout the stock loan lifecycle.
• Partner with traders, operations, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to support commercial opportunities within controlled conditions.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients.
• Compile and analyze metrics to evaluate process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and process improvements that reduce risk and improve client service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stock loan operations, trade support, or equities middle office; 8 years for Vice President-level experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, analytical judgment, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior management and global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
