What you will do
- Own physical, mental, and environmental performance initiatives across the workplace.
- Design and deliver programmes covering fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, focus environments, and wellbeing.
- Manage the day-to-day details that influence employee health, energy, and performance.
- Source and deploy equipment, suppliers, and spaces for performance-related operations.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and prioritise the human-performance agenda.
- Collaborate with office managers and operations hires, with potential to lead the group over time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest or experience in human performance through elite sport, coaching, personal training, or high-performance corporate environments.
- Strong bias to action and ability to drive ideas through to completion personally.
- Creative and unconventional approach to defining a new role.
- Comfort with hands-on operational work, including logistics, suppliers, and delivery.
- Ability to work on-site in London, United Kingdom.
