A global cryptocurrency platform offering trading, Earn, DeFi, lending, and other digital asset products.

What you will do

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications for Earn products.
• Develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL, and Affiliate teams to deliver campaigns and maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor daily product performance, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track campaign effectiveness through data analysis, user insights, and feedback while supporting KPI achievement.
• Support VIP and institutional client management and onboard new clients to Earn products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi, DeFi ecosystems, and lending and borrowing mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external token project partners.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, KPI- and results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms.
• Experience managing VIP or institutional clients.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging DeFi opportunities.
