Swag Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote, Hong Kong; flexible working hours and collaboration with global remote teams are required.

What you will do

• Plan and execute seasonal branded merchandise initiatives from ideation through production and delivery.
• Partner with the Creative team to develop designs aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing, sample reviews, contracts, procurement activities, and budget tracking.
• Oversee production quality, cost efficiency, timelines, inventory levels, and replenishment.
• Maintain merchandise request and approval tracking while optimizing logistics and fulfillment workflows.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working flexible hours with global remote teams.
• Proficiency with AI tools for data processing, AI-generated renderings, and workflow improvement.
• Good understanding of marketing and creative processes, plus proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Fluent English is required. Mandarin is advantageous for logistics and operational coordination.

• Experience with international logistics or e-commerce platforms.
• Mandarin proficiency.
