What you will do

• Own and execute the complete rebrand and repositioning of hirify.global.
• Define and drive marketing strategy for institutional and crypto-native audiences.
• Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity and shape market perception.
• Partner with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable commercial impact.
• Lead a small, high-impact marketing team supported by AI and agentic tooling.
• Position the firm as the digital-finance market converges with traditional finance.

Requirements

• Significant marketing leadership experience at a crypto or digital-asset firm.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants, and its culture.
• Track record of building or transforming brands in fast-moving, commercially driven environments.
• Exceptional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Based in or closely aligned with the CET time zone.
• Strong communication, strategic leadership, brand-building, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience positioning a firm through a TradFi and crypto convergence narrative.
• Exposure to publicly listed or IPO-track companies.
• Familiarity with the EU regulatory environment, including MiCA and financial promotions.
• Experience building AI-augmented marketing functions.
