What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and integrations for scientific and research workflows.
• Enhance and support workflow engines for statistical and cheminformatics analysis.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, frontend interfaces, and cloud-based integrations.
• Develop scalable solutions in AWS and optimize PostgreSQL-backed data processing workflows.
• Support CI/CD automation, deployments, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with research and business needs.

Requirements

• Strong Python development experience.
• Frontend development experience with Vue and JavaScript.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience and experience building REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience with Terraform, strong analytical skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
