What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery within defined architecture, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Develop high-quality client code that is performant, testable, scalable, and secure.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs, and gather requirements to organize and present delivered features.
• Drive agile execution (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and support accurate planning and estimation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice and support technical capability growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a React Developer and strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• In-depth frontend knowledge including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong OOP fundamentals (abstraction, encapsulation) and SOLID principles.
• High-level design skills using UML / C4 / ArchiMate and familiarity with OWASP.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud work (AWS).
• Experience with unit testing, ORM, and architectural/design patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, Factory/Singleton/Observer).
