What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, migrations, and testing.
• Write precise natural-language specifications and complete reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with expected outputs.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.

Requirements

• Advanced professional written English.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Production experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
• Ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases, conduct code reviews, refactor, and perform production migrations.
