D365 CE/CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Fully remote for candidates based within Europe; the conditions also specify Malta.

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up.
• Lead technical architecture and solution design for customer projects.
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
• Work with Functional Consultants to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Provide technical guidance in customer meetings and across project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and support high-quality delivery across multiple industries.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.
• Experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Comfort working across the full software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
