What you will do

• Develop and improve management dashboards covering revenue, ARPU, contribution, gross adds, net adds, and churn.
• Build automated models to measure sales productivity and quality of service.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct deep-dive analyses, and identify trends in products and commercial needs.
• Automate reporting packs and present insights to EBU management and corporate executives.
• Prepare recommendations and execution plans to improve sales results and revenue growth.
• Govern performance reviews, business review actions, operational reporting, and compliance with group reporting guidance.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of reporting experience.
• Experience developing reporting and management information that influences business strategy.
• Expertise in internal procedures and systems for Salesforce tracking, monitoring, and management.
• Experience providing customer and commercial business process analysis that drives meaningful change.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and operational skills.
• Solid understanding of financial KPIs and P&L.
