What you will do

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers while contributing hands-on technical work.
• Set team goals, define tasks, manage timelines, and execute the product roadmap.
• Make strategic decisions for a user-facing product area and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on new user-facing features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across UX, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate actively in hiring for the engineering team and the wider organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and 2+ years with Node.
• Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
• Proactive, independent, resourceful, creative, and attentive to UX/UI details.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
