Salary: $97,530–$158,480 annually.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship autonomy components across perception, motion planning, control, and learning.
• Take robotics software from initial concepts and prototypes through production deployment on real machines.
• Contribute across the autonomy stack while developing deep expertise in at least one technical domain.
• Participate in test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification of robotics software.
• Work in small, outcome-focused pods and collaborate across engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong robotics generalist experience across the autonomy stack, with expertise in AI, motion planning, perception, controls, or SLAM.
• Production-quality C++ and Python programming skills.
• Experience with ROS or a similar robotics framework in real robotics systems.
• Full-lifecycle product experience, including deployment from prototype to production hardware.
• Experience with field robotics or autonomous vehicles, simulation, and on-vehicle deployment.

Nice to have

• Learning-based control or perception experience.
• Experience with foundation or VLA-style models.
• MLOps and ML training-infrastructure expertise.
• Experience with off-road autonomous machines.
