What you will do

• Set strategy, delivery direction, and operational standards for integration, security and identity access management, and fulfillment systems.
• Lead distributed teams and coordinate multiple business-critical technology workstreams.
• Manage budgets, vendors, licensing decisions, and platform investments while improving business value and cost effectiveness.
• Modernize enterprise platforms using cloud integration, SAP integration technologies, APIs, automation, IAM, and observability tools.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendors, and consultants.
• Drive Agile delivery, team accountability, continuous improvement, resilience, and operational rigor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across application, development, enterprise systems, integration, security, identity, fulfillment, or platform teams.
• Experience leading global teams, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering business-critical technology services.
• Strong technical leadership across enterprise integration platforms, API management, cloud integration, SAP integration technologies, IAM tools, fulfillment or licensing systems, and modern application delivery.
• Agile training or certification is required. Experience with Scrum, backlog management, delivery metrics, and Agile maturity improvement is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AI use cases in integration, security, identity management, fulfillment systems, automation, testing, observability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, people leadership, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, plus a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, enterprise transformation, or major technology modernization initiatives.
• High-tech or enterprise software industry experience.
