What you will do

• Help multiple product teams improve quality practices through hands-on collaboration and coaching.
• Define pragmatic test pyramids and make coverage, reliability, and speed trade-offs across products.
• Build AI agents and tooling for exploratory testing, test authoring, failure triage, and coverage analysis.
• Develop reliable E2E automation, test environments, data fixtures, and performance benchmarks.
• Improve CI/CD test reliability by reducing flakiness, controlling runtime, and managing parallel execution and artifacts.
• Use observability data from Datadog, Sentry, and Grafana to connect test coverage with customer impact and improve SLO achievement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or test automation.
• Hands-on coding experience with test code, frameworks, CI pipelines, and helper scripts.
• Experience with API and contract testing, test data, environment strategy, and reliable automated test suites.
• Experience setting up and improving Service Level Objectives with measurable results.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions or similar tools, flakiness reduction, parallelization, artifact management, and runtime control.
• Ability to work independently across multiple teams, coach other disciplines, communicate clearly, and demonstrate measurable quality improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
