What you will do

• Own quality assurance for the hirify.global operator console, including frontend behavior, API contracts, edge cases, and operator workflows.
• Test inference servers and model-serving infrastructure for latency, throughput, failover, and version rollouts.
• Validate backend services and APIs covering authentication, data pipelines, telemetry, and fleet management.
• Design and implement automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define testing methods, quality criteria, metrics, and the broader software quality strategy.
• Document tests and maintain accurate internal testing documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, particularly with client-server systems, frontends, backends, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques, including equivalence partitioning, boundary analysis, and state-based testing.
• Hands-on Python experience for test automation and familiarity with pytest, requests, or an equivalent API testing framework.
• Comfort working in Linux environments and interacting with services through the terminal.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test integration.
• Experience using test management or task tracking tools such as Jira or TestRail.

Nice to have

• Frontend test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Performance and load testing with k6, Locust, or JMeter.
• Docker and basic Kubernetes experience.
• Familiarity with ML model-serving infrastructure such as Triton or TorchServe.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C++, and awareness of robotics software stacks.
