QA Automation & UAT Tester (Commercial Banking): Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests for financial applications with an accent on test automation, business validation, and defect management. Focus on converting manual testing into automated solutions, executing end-to-end UAT, and supporting testing transformation across commercial banking platforms.

Location: Charlotte, NC; 100% onsite, five days per week initially. Flexibility may be possible later based on performance.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts across multiple applications and platforms.
• Convert manual testing processes into automated test solutions and improve automation coverage.
• Plan and execute end-to-end UAT, validate business outcomes, and track defects through resolution.
• Translate business requirements into effective manual and automated test cases.
• Document test scenarios, test cases, defects, results, and testing metrics.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to support high-quality releases and testing transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA, software testing, or related experience.
• 3–4+ years of UAT experience in Commercial Banking and experience testing financial applications, processes, or platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience with modern tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on Tricentis Tosca experience with Tosca AS1 and AS2 certification.
• Experience with ALM Octane, Jira, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• ATM application testing experience.
• Experience supporting banking transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with commercial banking applications and workflows.
