What you will do
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing for the Employee Document Repository product.
- Review test coverage and resolve testing ambiguities with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Prepare test execution summaries and contribute to release validation activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with client personnel on Business Execution deliverables.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software testing or Quality Assurance experience.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution summaries.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting HR, document management, or enterprise repository applications.
- Knowledge of release management and regression testing processes.
- Familiarity with test management and reporting methodologies.
