Associate Business Analyst (Appian)

What you will do

• Gather, document, maintain, and govern business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend working sessions, capture decisions and action items, and follow up on delivery commitments.
• Map current-state workflows, identify pain points, and support process improvement discussions.
• Participate in UAT by preparing test cases, maintaining defect logs, and communicating findings.
• Maintain project records, track open actions, and flag risks or blockers to the project manager.
• Learn the ATLAS/Appian platform and support feature analysis and configuration requirements with developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar structured role.
• Experience with Agile development methodology, workflow automation, and process mapping.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Apps, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
• Proficiency in Excel and structured data management.
• Fluency in English and Bosnian is required.
