What you will do

• Collect and analyze manufacturing KPIs to support operational excellence.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance monitoring.
• Support digitalization projects across various manufacturing sites.
• Assist in benchmarking activities and the sharing of best practices.
• Collaborate with Corporate Manufacturing, IT, and regional teams on cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and training activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Very strong knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.
• Interest in Manufacturing and Digital Transformation.
