What you will do

• Act as the procurement focal point for CAPEX projects, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to define technical requirements.
• Monitor supplier markets and emerging technologies to identify and evaluate potential partners for expansion and modernization.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring competitive tension and value maximization.
• Conduct rigorous supplier due diligence based on technical capability, financial stability, and compliance.
• Lead negotiations for major investment projects, focusing on payment schedules, warranties, and risk allocation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and prepare documentation for governance and approval committees.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, project purchasing, or CAPEX environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Availability for 30-40% travel.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation, financial analysis, and supplier management.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
