Location: Oxford, UK, with hybrid working arrangements and the ability to work from home under GB’s policy.
Salary: £49,601–£55,744 FTE.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of partnership managers focused on private sector engagement.
- Build and nurture corporate-NGO partnerships that generate high-quality funding and broader organisational impact.
- Develop programme partnerships, sustainability and supply-chain initiatives, flexible funding, cause-related marketing, and emergency appeals.
- Secure and manage six- and seven-figure partnerships aligned with ’s global strategy.
- Shape long-term partnership strategies and influence stakeholders across a complex organisation.
- Monitor budgets, income, and expenditure while supporting team and individual performance.
Requirements
- Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating across varied priorities.
- Proactive leadership experience, including developing people and improving team performance.
- Commercial experience developing and securing six- and seven-figure partnerships.
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability trends and their implications for NGO partnerships.
- Track record of delivering corporate-NGO partnerships, including programme partnerships, brand engagement, and corporate philanthropy.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, strategic planning ability, financial monitoring skills, and alignment with ’s mission and values.

- Curiosity, strong external awareness, and experience operating effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
