Salary: £49,601–£55,744 FTE.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of partnership managers focused on private sector engagement.
• Build and nurture corporate-NGO partnerships that generate high-quality funding and broader organisational impact.
• Develop programme partnerships, sustainability and supply-chain initiatives, flexible funding, cause-related marketing, and emergency appeals.
• Secure and manage six- and seven-figure partnerships aligned with hirify.global’s global strategy.
• Shape long-term partnership strategies and influence stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Monitor budgets, income, and expenditure while supporting team and individual performance.

Requirements

• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating across varied priorities.
• Proactive leadership experience, including developing people and improving team performance.
• Commercial experience developing and securing six- and seven-figure partnerships.
• Knowledge of corporate sustainability trends and their implications for NGO partnerships.
• Track record of delivering corporate-NGO partnerships, including programme partnerships, brand engagement, and corporate philanthropy.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, strategic planning ability, financial monitoring skills, and alignment with hirify.global’s mission and values.
