What you will do

• Lead client relationships for compliance initiatives and ensure client objectives are achieved.
• Review compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
• Present compliance reviews, findings, and strategic recommendations to clients, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity.
• Balance multiple client priorities while driving successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data and developing actionable recommendations.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Interest in sustainability and commitment to environmental impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance programs.
• Experience using Power BI or similar dashboard and data analysis tools.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
