Lead Cloud Software Development Engineer (uArch): Building and scaling cloud-scale fleet diagnostics, telemetry, quality screening, and customer health monitoring software for hirify.global Xeon data center platforms with an accent on software architecture, observability, and platform reliability. Focus on designing distributed systems, analyzing large-scale telemetry, leading root-cause investigations, and translating hyperscale customer requirements into scalable fleet health capabilities.

Location: On-site in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is a fixed-term opportunity of approximately 24 months. Candidates must have unrestricted, permanent authorization to work in Mexico; visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of fleet health, diagnostics, telemetry, and quality screening software.
• Define technical direction, platform roadmaps, and scalable solutions for fleet operations, deployment readiness, and reliability analytics.
• Drive cross-functional execution across architecture, platform validation, manufacturing, customer engineering, and software organizations.
• Develop customer-facing capabilities that expose platform state, telemetry, hardware health indicators, and processor architecture internals.
• Analyze large-scale reliability and quality datasets, lead root-cause investigations, and develop screening methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership while partnering with hyperscale cloud customers and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including C/C++, Python, debugging, and Linux software development.
• 3+ years of experience developing scalable software systems, distributed applications, or cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years leading software architecture, technical strategy, cross-functional engineering efforts, and full software development lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global Architecture, x86 server platforms, processor microarchitecture, and system-level software interactions.
• Advanced English and unrestricted, permanent authorization to work in Mexico are required; visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Xeon platform and Un-Core architecture, x86 assembly, telemetry, and platform observability.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with fleet monitoring, diagnostics, validation, anomaly detection, predictive health monitoring, or large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with AI/ML-based analytics, hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise customers, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
